The PT= A coffee mornings are not very well attended. It was suggested parents and carers maybe didn’t know what these were about.

It was= suggested the PTA serve drinks at sharing assemblies & productions. =

The ba= king room was used for the recent maths meetings which all agreed had worked well.<= o:p>

A new = PTA newsletter to give information especially to new reception children is perhaps needed.

The PT= A quiz night is to be held on Friday 29^th February 2008 in the school Hall. Very few tickets were sold last year for the original date so this = was rescheduled for a later date and was a success.

People= need to know they don’t need a team, they can jo= in up with others on the night.

Helper= s are needed on the night, the whiteboard will go up= in the hall a few weeks before for people to volunteer.

Reques= ts from school for more interactive whiteboards. We have 3 and need another 5.

Ecogarden is taking shape. There is to be = a family weekend when volunteers are required to help with anything they can ̵= 1; note to go out in newsletter.

A plan= is to go up of the children’s ideas. Also a list of materials needed.

There = is to be a sponsored bottle collection to make a greenhouse – very clever!!

Old pa= llets are to be recycled, a local builders merchants will donate the framework=

An ecobag has been designed by 2 pupils in the school following a competition. Money to produce 250 bags was requested. These w= ill cost £1.15 to make & print. They will be sold for £2.50.<= o:p>

PTA ac= counts to look after any money from eco group

Vegeta= bles – potatoes

Money = was requested for an ‘alternative energy education pack’ £2= 00. the children could use these resources for science.<= o:p>
